Meet the Founder

Nicola Simms

Nicola Simms is a UK-trained Registered Mental Health Nurse with extensive experience in healthcare practice and service development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Mental Health Nursing (First Class Honours) and has worked across a range of clinical and healthcare environments throughout her career.

Nicola has also completed ADOS-2 Test Assistant training, enabling her to contribute to structured assessment processes within a clinically governed diagnostic framework. Through Clockwork NeuroCare, Nicola works closely with specialist diagnostic clinicians to help ensure that individuals and families can access structured, professionally delivered autism assessment pathways.
